The ISP saga continues. Again this month the billing is incorrect. The internet functionality still lacks consistancy with speed variations, slow pages loading and as I write this, the providers email service is not and has not been working, for most of the day.

Like everybody else I have an ISP (Internet Service Provider). For a number of years I have had a ADSL service.

Last year (2012) the provision of service by my current ADSL ISP deteriated into a slow congested mess, on far to many occassions. This same ISP increased prices. This price increase allowed me to vacate my contract without penalty.
